**Skyhawks Flag Football | Ages 5-7 | PJCC Foster City** Touchdown! Skyhawks Flag Football is a high-energy, non-contact introduction to football fundamentals—perfect for Camp Keff families looking for after-camp fun on the field. **What Your Child Will Learn** Our 6-week curriculum covers the essentials: ball handling and grip, throwing mechanics, catching techniques, running routes, flag pulling on defense, and basic plays. No tackling—just flags, fun, and fundamentals. **Class Structure (45 min)** Each session starts with a life skill lesson (respect, teamwork, leadership), followed by a dynamic warm-up, skill of the day demonstration, practice drills like "Zig Zag Run" and "Quick Pitch," then games including "Offense vs. Defense" scrimmages.
