**Skyhawks Volleyball | Ages 5-7 | PJCC Foster City** Bump, set, spike! Skyhawks Volleyball introduces young athletes to this exciting team sport through fun drills and games designed for beginners. **What Your Child Will Learn** Our 5-week curriculum covers the fundamentals: forearm passing (bumping), setting basics, serving underhand, court movement, and teamwork. We use lighter volleyballs and lower nets appropriate for young players. **Class Structure (45 min)** Each session includes a life skill lesson (respect, teamwork), active warm-up, skill demonstration using coaching cues like "pancake hands," practice drills, fun games like "Hot Potato" and "Target Practice," and a team huddle. **Details** - **Location:** PJCC Upstairs Gymnasium - **Dates:** Fridays, June 26 - July 31 (5 sessions, skip July 3) - **Time:** 4:15 - 5:00 PM - **Price:** $129 - **Max 8 kids per coach** **What to Bring:** Athletic shoes (court shoes preferred), water bottle, knee pads optional, comfortable clothes. **Great for Beginners** Volleyball builds hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and communication. Our smaller class sizes ensure every child gets plenty of touches on the ball. **About Skyhawks** Our trained, background-checked coaches create a supportive environment. PJCC staff will escort Camp Keff participants to class.
