Basketball
A fast-paced program where kids learn the fundamentals of basketball — dribbling, passing, shooting, and playing as a team. Each session balances skill drills with scrimmage time so kids get real game experience, not just isolated reps. Coaches focus on building confidence alongside technique, making it a great fit for first-timers and kids with prior experience alike. Small group sizes mean every player gets personalized attention and plenty of touches on the ball.

Basketball Tots
HoopsterTots is our basketball program designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2–5, where the court becomes a playground for early childhood development. Through basketball-themed games and activities — bouncing, rolling, tossing, chasing — kids build gross motor skills, balance, and coordination in a fun, nurturing environment. The emphasis is entirely on joyful movement and positive social interaction, not sport skills — coaches are trained in early childhood development and know how to make every child feel confident and included. A wonderful weekly activity that supports your child's development while burning off energy in the best possible way.

Flag Football
All the excitement of football — routes, handoffs, end zone celebrations — without the contact. Kids learn offensive and defensive fundamentals while developing agility, spatial awareness, and communication on the field. Every practice mixes position-specific coaching with full flag games so kids experience the strategy and team chemistry that make football so exciting. Perfect for kids who are curious about football, kids who play tackle but want extra reps, or any athlete looking for a fast, dynamic team sport.

Golf
Golf teaches patience, precision, and self-discipline in a way few other sports can match — and it's a game your child can play for life. Kids learn proper stance, grip, swing mechanics, and basic course etiquette in a relaxed, encouraging setting with no prior experience required. Beyond the technical skills, golf builds focus and mental resilience as kids learn to reset after a bad shot and compete against their own previous best. A wonderful option for kids who love individual challenges and want a sport they can eventually share with family and friends on any course in the world.

Mini Hawk
Mini Hawk is Skyhawks' signature multi-sport experience for younger athletes, rotating through three different sports — typically baseball, basketball, soccer, and football — in a single action-packed session. Each day brings a new sport with a new set of skills, giving kids a well-rounded athletic foundation while keeping every session fresh and exciting. It's a perfect fit for kids who aren't sure which sport they want to focus on yet, or who simply love variety and want to try everything before committing to one. By the end of camp, most kids have discovered a new favorite sport — and the confidence to pursue it.

Multi-Sport Tots
Multi-Sport Tots is our widest-ranging developmental program for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2–5, rotating through multiple sports each session so kids get to try a little of everything. Each week brings new themes — soccer kicks, basketball tosses, volleyball rallies — building a broad base of fundamental movement skills that will benefit every sport your child eventually tries. Coaches specialize in early childhood development and create an environment where even the shyest or most energetic toddler feels comfortable, included, and proud of what they can do. No athletic experience required — just curiosity, a love of moving, and comfortable shoes.

Pickleball
One of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and for good reason — it's easy to pick up, endlessly fun, and genuinely competitive as skills improve. Kids learn proper paddle technique, court positioning, serving, and game strategy in a welcoming environment where beginners feel at home immediately. Pickleball builds hand-eye coordination, quick footwork, and competitive sportsmanship in a compact format that's accessible for beginners while still challenging for more athletic kids. A great choice for kids who enjoy individual sports with a social feel — and a sport the whole family can pick up and play together.

Track & Field
An introduction to the running, jumping, and throwing events that form the foundation of the Olympic tradition. Kids explore sprinting, distance running, long jump, high jump, and throwing events in a supportive environment where effort and personal improvement are celebrated above winning. Track & Field is exceptional for building raw speed, strength, and the athletic fundamentals that carry over into every other sport your child might play. A great choice for kids who love to run, kids looking to develop explosive athleticism, or any young athlete wanting to find an individual event where they can really excel.

Volleyball
An exciting team sport that develops coordination, communication, and athleticism all at once — and one that scales well from beginner to competitive play. Kids learn the core skills — serving, passing (bump), setting, and spiking — through progressive drills that build real confidence with the ball over the course of the program. Because every rally requires multiple players touching the ball in sequence, volleyball is uniquely effective at teaching communication, trust, and encouragement among teammates. Your child will finish the program ready to bump, set, and spike — and with a sport that has competitive pathways all the way through high school and beyond.

Volleyball Tots
Volleyball Tots introduces the joy of volleyball movement to toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2–5) through games and activities designed for little hands and big imaginations. Kids work on fundamental skills like tossing, catching, and tracking moving objects through themed activities that feel like pure play — because at this age, that's exactly what they should be. The program supports early childhood development goals including body awareness, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, and taking turns in a group setting. No volleyball experience required — or expected.
