Skyhawks Flag Football | Ages 7-9 | PJCC Foster City Ready to run plays? Our 7-9 flag football program takes skills to the next level with route running, defensive schemes, and real game strategy — all the excitement of football without the contact. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN Progressive skills over ten weeks: advanced ball handling, throwing accuracy, route running (slants, outs, go routes), zone and man defense, flag-pulling technique, and executing plays as a team. Each session includes a life skill like leadership and perseverance. CLASS STRUCTURE (60 MINUTES) Life skill intro, football-specific warm-up, skill instruction with coaching cues, drills like "Ball Exchange" and "25 and Dive," then game situations and scrimmages. We huddle up at the end to review plays and celebrate effort. DETAILS Location: PJCC Field Dates: Wednesdays, October 7 - December 16 Time: 5:00 - 6:00 PM Sessions: 10 (no class November 23-27, Thanksgiving week) Price: $199 Class size: Maximum 12 athletes WHAT TO BRING Athletic shoes or cleats, water bottle, athletic clothing. This class is outdoors and finishes at 6:00 PM — please send a sweatshirt or light jacket for the later weeks. All equipment provided. BACK-TO-BACK CLASSES Drop off your 5-7 year old at 3:45, your 7-9 year old at 5:00 — convenient for multi-kid families. ALREADY IN TREEHOUSE? If your child is enrolled in Treehouse, Treehouse staff will walk them over to class. No extra pickup for you.
