Skyhawks Pickleball | Ages 7-9 | PJCC Foster City Take your game to the next level. Our 7-9 pickleball program builds on fundamentals with rally play, strategy, and doubles teamwork across ten weeks. Perfect for kids who've played before or quick learners ready for more. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN Progressive skills over ten weeks: serving consistency, groundstrokes, volleys at the net, the "kitchen" (non-volley zone) rules, shot placement strategy, and doubles communication. Each session reinforces a life skill like teamwork and perseverance. CLASS STRUCTURE (60 MINUTES) Life skill intro, dynamic warm-up, skill instruction using our "Whole-Part-Whole" method, partner and group drills, game-based activities like "Tower Rush" and "Out of My Yard," then rally play and review. DETAILS Location: PJCC Pickleball Court Dates: Tuesdays, October 6 - December 15 Time: 5:00 - 6:00 PM Sessions: 10 (no class November 23-27, Thanksgiving week) Price: $199 Class size: Maximum 10 athletes WHAT TO BRING Court shoes or athletic sneakers, water bottle, comfortable clothes. Layers recommended for later in the season. Paddles and balls provided. BACK-TO-BACK CONVENIENCE Younger siblings (5-7) play at 3:45, older kids (7-9) at 5:00 — one drop-off covers both. ALREADY IN TREEHOUSE? If your child is enrolled in Treehouse, Treehouse staff will walk them over to class. No extra pickup for you.
